- Special Cases: ($60 million—$100 million) transactions
GLG Capital investors are professional, steadfast, and knowledgeable in closing transactions. Capital requests are approved based on current equity (loan to value), sponsorship quality and investment, and exit strategy.

Business & Finance professional with over 40 years of experience in domestic and international business development. Focus in 2022-2023 will be financing CRE/ABL with alternative lending alternatives in Bridge, Mezzanine, Preferred Debt, Construction, Hybrid, and Agency Finance products.
Extensive experience underwriting and executing commercial real estate debt and equity transactions, including CMBS / RMBS / ABS. Experienced in analysis of Multi-Family, Hospitality, Office, Industrial, Mobile Home Parks, Senior Living, and Vertical & Horizontal Infrastructure construction.
History includes working in business development, logistics, finance, management, and on boards of non-profit fundraising, and civic and executive board advisory.
